Hi! My name is Javier Fernández, and I am the heart behind Spanish Through Music Program – Javier de Mabel LLC. I am a musician, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to making Spanish learning a joyful, natural, and unforgettable experience for children in the United States.

Originally from Spain, I hold a degree in Jazz Performance and a Master’s in Music Education. My journey began on stage as a singer and sound engineer, but life brought me across the ocean to Seattle, where I discovered my true calling: teaching Spanish through the universal language of music. Over the last years, I have worked with children from preschool to high school, creating strong bonds and transforming classrooms into vibrant spaces where rhythm, play, and language come together.

In 2025, I founded Spanish Through Music Program – Javier de Mabel LLC, a project born from passion and vision. Through my company, I design and implement programs that merge music, play, and cultural discovery. From early childhood sessions to after-school ensembles and summer camps, my goal is always the same: to help children grow in confidence, creativity, and connection with Spanish.

What makes this program unique is not only the music, but the emotional bond it creates. Songs, rhythm, and movement turn each class into an adventure, while opening doors to culture, imagination, and self-expression. Parents, schools, and community centers trust in this approach because they see the results: children who smile, sing, and use Spanish naturally in their daily lives.

Beyond education, I also nurture my artistic side as a composer and performer under the name “Javier de Mabel,” producing music from my own studio and collaborating with musicians internationally. This dual identity—as educator and artist—fuels the creativity that I bring into every classroom and every project.

Spanish Through Music Program is more than classes: it is a bridge between cultures, an invitation to learn with joy, and a space where music makes language unforgettable.
